Richard Bryer -
President
Rich has been in the
insurance business since 1986. He started his
career with a local Health Maintenance Organization.
In 1989 he joined a national voluntary carrier.
Rich held multiple field level management positions
throughout his tenure. In 2003 he started
Worksite Benefits Group which focuses on
Supplemental Insurance Consulting and Enrollment
Services. Rich is responsible for the growth
of the company through broker development.
Tammy Morgart, Account Manager &
Coordinating Specialist
Tammy Morgart brings 5 years experience as a
Colonial Life Specialist to Worksite Benefits Group.
Talents and duties include but not limited to:
product specialization, implementation of effective
enrollments both initially and yearly
updates/re-enrollments, recruiting and
training/evaluating of benefit counselors.
Most importantly, she works to maintain strong long
term relationships with clients and is successful.
Prior to the worksite benefit business, Tammy spent
7 years in the housing and mortgage industry working
in the same capacity as her position now. She
was noted in company publications for being on top
for continued success in being a team leader.
The core business characteristics and skills came
from Tammy's 1st management position running several
Express clothing store locations for 5 years out of
college. She is proud to say hard work the
retail business brought both intellectually and
physically has helped make Tammy what she is today.
Linda Sedar, Enrollment Specialist, AFLAC
Coordinator
Linda Sedar brings 30 years of experience to
Worksite Benefits Group. Linda holds insurance
licenses in Life, Health, Accident, Property and
Casualty with a concentration in marketing and
implementation of Voluntary Benefits in the Employer
Group Market.
Her career in finance and insurance began in 1982
as an administrator with Merrill Lynch, Pierce
Fenner & Smith. In 1990 she joined the Nolfi
Insurance Agency in Moon Township, PA where she
specialized in Property and Casualty Marketing with
the Erie Insurance Group.
In 2000, Linda was certain that it was time to own a
"Book of Business" of her own and accepted an
Associate position as a Life and Health Agent with
the Pennsylvania West Division of AFLAC. After
12 years, Linda still markets and manages her AFLAC
Client base. She is privileged to carry
additional contracts with Allstate Worksite Division
and Colonial Life Insurance.
Linda continued her education as a non-traditional
student attending Community College of Beaver County
and distinguished herself on the "Deans List" as a
student in the School of Business. Linda has
proudly served as a board member of Beaver Valley
Business and Professional Women and as a member of
Pittsburgh Professional Women, Ambridge Chamber of
Commerce and Concord Presbyterian Church.
David Matisko -
Senior Enrollment Specialist
Dave has been in the
insurance industry for 18 years. He has been
in the worksite industry for 12 years. Dave is
our senior Enrollment Specialist and Assistant
Account Coordinator. Dave handles many of our
larger clients making sure all enrollment activity
is handled. Dave meets with thousands of
employees each year helping them select products for
themselves and their families.
Lisa Bryer -
Director, Client Service
Lisa has been servicing
the clients of Worksite Benefits Group for 10 years.
Lisa works with the Plan Administrators assisting
them with billing, claims and policyholder issues.
Lisa also interacts with the employees of our
clients and the carriers that we deal with.
Her main focus is to make sure that when a
policyholder needs to access their coverage, they
get quick and courteous service. Lisa is also
responsible for overseeing the activity of the other
Customer Service Representatives working for
Worksite Benefits Group.
Enrollment Specialists
Worksite Benefits Group
maintains a core group of well trained, experienced
enrollment specialists. These professionals
are responsible for meeting with the employees of
our clients, helping them select products for
themselves and their families. All of our
Enrollment Specialists are well screened and have a
minimum of 5 years of enrollment experience
.
